method of providing potential employee candidates
to pre-apply for available positions.
By providing
this application you can cut down on wasted interviews
and lengthy applications. This Resume Upload Application
is an all in one form providing a user friendly one
page interface, unlike other tedious online resume
scripts. You can list your available positions right
up front with a short description, or you can add
links to categories containing details of the positions,
if you like.
Besides
being easy to view on the eyes, this Resume
Upload Application was designed with
several nice features that others charge a small fortune
for. For example it has a built in upload file option
so possible candidates can include their Resumes such
as a Microsoft Document or PDF file, and if that's
not good enough it will automatically zip the file
for them and email it along with the Resume Application
to you or whatever email address you specify in the
script.
An Application
Statement is also included on the form itself, providing
you authorization from the possible candidate(s) acknowledging
that they have read and give authorization for you
to do a previous employment check. The possible candidate
has to agree to the statement before he or she can
submit the form by checking a check box, otherwise
the form won't submit.
The

also features a confirmation email sent to the candidate
whom sent it so that he or she knows that the application
and or file was sent for their convenience.
